Criminal Law/Procedure Discussion

Friday, July 3rd, 2009

Famous quote from my criminal law professor!  If there’s a criminal law question on the bar exam, I’ll bet you a steak dinner that someones gonna die!

I’ve heard that if the murder happened during the commission of a felony, make SURE you talk about foreseeability, not just that it should have been foreseeable, but why someone planning the felony would realize that victims go ape shit when you point a gun at them and do stupid things and someone is gonna get killed.
