I’ve heard that the biggest problem with contracts fact patterns is that examinees tend to get lost in the facts.  The best way to handle this situation is to create a timeline and organize every fact chronologically.  Each event should be discussed separately even if they happen on the same day or even during the same transaction.  Every event must have a heading which should be underlined.
